Only because of this problem, Hacker can reach your internal storage and your media files.
This problem has been found few days ago in Android Smartphones. Android Security Firm "Checkmarx" uploaded a video on YouTube after finding this problem.
This problem found in Camera Apps of Google Pixel and Smasung's Smartphones. Google has announced that they have fixed this issue, and Samsung too.
Google and Samsung both have fixed this issue, but one thing is to worry. Almost same apps are being used in all Android Smartphones. That's why, other brands could have this issue yet, which can affect billions of Users Worldwide
